Welcome to St. Carmel

Welcome to St. Carmel School, Katli, Roopnagar; a C.B.S.E. affiliated, English Medium, Co-Educational Senior Secondary School. Established in April 2005, St. Carmel School is managed by Shri Guru Gorakh Nath Charitable Educational Society, Katli (Ropar). This school is private, unaided and does not receive any grant in aid from the government.

St. Carmel School, combines the very best in educational practices, powered and propelled by a philosophy of education that is electric and yet truly modern. Following the C.B.S.E. Scheme of studies, SCS aims at all round development of body, mind and soul with integrity, courage and compassion to face the challenging realities of the modern world.

The school continuously strives to imbibe the culture of learning through opportunities, innovation, academics and extra-curriculars. We want our students to be proud of their school and take pride in various aspects of their development.

With the blessings of Almighty God, the school takes every step to mould and chisel each child as a virtuous person who is intellectually grown, emotionally mature and morally sound. We recognize the important role that families play in the life of their children and we believe that effective communication and parent input are essential in helping us achieve our goal.

Once you and your ward become a part of the SCS family, we know you will be proud of it too. Thank you for your partnership as we work together to support your child’s education.
